The US national unemployment rate is tracked closely by the federal government that publishes the statistic in the form of a percentage of the population that is not working and not looking for work. Is the unemployment rate for April going to be higher, lower or the same then the percentage in the previous month (March) seasonally adjusted?

the unemployment rate will be determined with the above website. If there is a revision on a future date that will not effect the bet outcome.

Explain in DETAIL your judgment criteria - 500 Character Limit
The unemployment rate is in the form of a decimal number. If the final number is Higher, Lower, or the same is determined by the matrix giving on the website and the excel spreadsheet page cell E23. For example if in May the rate was 5.0 and April is 5.2 then the rate is considered Higher and will be determined as such on the closing of the bet.
